The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the port where the ferries arrive. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helped us with all our needs. we had a great experience and would recommend this place.

Although the kitchen space was a bit limited and the refrigerator small, it was still good enough for preparing breakfast and simple meals. Additionally, there were no major issues during our stay.

All was very good, including location and rooms. We could enjoy views of the sea. Location was incredible, within walking distance of an art museum. Also, a supermarket and a bakery next door was so handy.

We greatly enjoyed the stay, it was decent. You could use coffee/tea making equipment, fridges, and a stovetop if you wanted to cook. Rooms were extremely spacious and airy and equipped with a balcony, fantastic views, as example; had good prices.

We had a fantastic time staying near the harbor, close to the palace, promenade, and old town in Split.

The location of the apartment was absolutely amazing. It was right in the heart of the city, with incredible views of the sea and easy access to the maze of alleyways filled with restaurants and shops. Being able to step out of the apartment and immediately immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of the city was a huge plus for me.

The check-in process was a complete nightmare. There was no clear signage indicating the location of the apartment, and when we arrived slightly later than our specified time, the person in charge seemed to have vanished.

We had an amazing stay at Riva Royal View Luxury Apartments. The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the ocean and the old city. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was easy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was nice to have. We loved the added bonus of the lift, which made it easier to carry our suitcases. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here.
